      Nice work environment. Pretty offices I guess...

      Cons

      Corporate does not delegate and is abusive towards employees. Uneven salaries (high ranking gets way too much, lower ranking is barely above minimum wage).

      Compañerismo y personas buenas, pizza cada trimestre, galletas, agua fría o caliente

      Salarios totalmente injustos o desproporcionados , nula posibilidad de crecer profesionalmente, salarios estancados hace más de 2 años, a los ingenieros les pagan muy mal.

      Esto es en softland argentina, muy buen ambiente laboral lo mejor que tienen, la gente es increible, las fiestas igual, las tareas del dia a dia son llevaderas

      El sueldo es muy bajo, incluso con aumentos sigue aiendo bajo
