Pros

No time tracking required (at least sometimes), no strict work hours, some freedom, ability to choose technology and project, most likely your won't be fired for mistakes and absence of knowledges.

Cons

All managers are friends of boss (no need to know something to become a manager actually). They are allowed to do anything. Management often lie and does not keep promises. Too many meetings about nothing. Methodologies, processes change too often. Something gets started but never gets completed. No company goal or strategy. No rules or responsibilities. No reaction on initiative. Management is always pushing employees without asking about reasons of slow down. And so on...

Pros

-Leadership Team is very transparent, sensitive, and always doing their best for the employees. It's great for morale compared to past companies I've worked at. -Almost everyone I've met has been really kind, professional, and helpful. -A lot of cool benefits, fundraisers, and parties - this is all due to the great culture from top to bottom. -Flexible working life and good work-life balance.

Cons

-There can be some miscommunications between teams. -Role can be unclear at times. -Consider raising PTO days for employees who've been working for 1-5+ years (instead of after a whole 10 years)
