Pros
It is a quite good place to start your career where you get exposure to lot of tools and encourages you to do certifications on latest technologies. If money is not your main concern as a fresher then it is a good place.
Cons
Less salaries in the beginning if you join as a fresher and changes you from project to project often. Increments are only once in a year unlike MNCs which follows twice in a year. Three years bond is one important thing for freshers.
