Only “pro” is that you learn how not to run a company. Office location is okay, but that’s it.

Salary Fraud: Company didn’t clear my July & August salary. False Promises: At joining, they said 7-day trial would be paid if performance was good. Later they changed their words and made it an unpaid trial. Excuses for Non-Payment: They refused July salary saying I was “watching videos” even though I was multitasking and completing work. Unprofessional Management: Management makes fake promises like “salary will be released between 1–15,” but never pays. Toxic Work Culture: Instead of valuing employees, they look for reasons to cut salaries and exploit freshers. No Trust Factor: The salary structure is unreliable. You’ll always be stressed whether you’ll even get paid.

There is nothing pros about this company.

Toxic & micro management, ignored and delayed salary, and constant stress - avoid this company at all costs. Worst company with worst work culture.
