Pros
- If you can do your job well you can get promotions regularly - A good place to start, as you can get experience on real life projects. Not recommended for seniors - Good location, medical insurance, parking.
Cons
- Are hiring everyone with basic skills and half of a year experience. So very hard to find a good team. Some projects have good teams of course, but not web or mobile. Some desktop projects are interesting, though - A lot of projects don't have any supervision, thus lacking any kind of team spirit and even simple communication skills
