      Work environment is friendly up to some extent. Policy about taking leave is good. Policy about annual leave accumulation is good.

      Cons

      Company policies are making this place very hard to work for. Management is not good at all.

      Pros

      Work at your own pace, time and schedule. everything was remote, which included a in-house tracking system - user friendly.

      Cons

      Remote has its place, some of us need accountability and the discipline of being in a 'live' office setting.
