      You will gain practical knowledge of your work. Staff & employee are helpful & knowledgeable. You will get to work on different kinds of projects.

      Cons

      Continuous workload. Difficult to manage personal & professional life. Salary for design engineer is less compared to other PLC, SCADA & Instrumentation engineers.
