      Teammates are very helpful to newcomers and are gradually professed to new projects and given individual tasks to increase personal growth and face new problems every time and taught to tackle that issues

      Small team and more to learn, improves communication skills. Different opportunities every day. Supportive and encouraging teammates and team leads.
