SoftPoint is a startup which is growing rapidly, so there are some pain points and long work hours. Naturally. If you thrive in an upstart environment and can be flexible and resourceful, this is the place for you. If you need everything spell out clearly and refuse to do anything outside of your job description, this is not yet the company for you.
