Lack of support from uppers Zero growth opportunities (no matter what they tell you) No pay increases for years, we have team members in all departments who are unhappy, it’s ridiculous Zero pension, lack of care for staff HR consists of the VPO and President so you can’t go to anyone to talk to which is awful
