      Pros

      Got a group of hard working members. Although being an intern, I was supported to speak out and venture out on my own to create new projects and find areas within the company that I could contribute to help it grow.

      Cons

      There isn't a design team in the NY office.

      - Lots of research and sales experience - Really great for turbomachinery experience - Great benefits; the team is pretty good.

      There's just one con; the research work was unrealistic for a summer internship.
