Working at Soft Group Ukraine was a great experience for me. I’m truly grateful to the company for giving me the opportunity to grow in the IT industry and gain valuable skills in sales, project management, and lead generation. What I appreciated the most was the people—I had an amazing team in my office, and the atmosphere was always friendly and supportive. The experience I gained here, from prospecting and negotiating with clients to managing projects and collaborating with developers, has been invaluable.
