      SoftDev is one of the 'good guys' in the world of federal government contractors. Great upper management, commitment to quality, and positive environment. This company is still small enough to have that family-type feel.

      Less pressure and leisure environment. This is a small company with innovative ideas

      Small, Job security is in question. The economy is improving with that the prospect looks bright.
