Pros

Excellent place to work, Management are friendly with a genuine open door policy. Team collaboration is encouraged and valued and your wins are celebrated by all. Fast paced environment so you have to be willing to put the hard graft in and manage multiple campaigns at one time. You get what you put in to the role. Your efforts are acknowledged by management and appreciated. Although I was on here for a short period, I have learnt and developed skills that I can carry with me throughout my career.

Cons

WFH but thats not off the table if you speak with management

Pros

Software is good and the product team listens to customer feedback

Cons

American new hires be cautious. Perhaps things are done differently in Ireland, but the following seem ethically questionable: • Undisclosed 6 month probationary period for all new hires and the Board has to approve your being made permanent • New employees may or may not receive measurable goals and/or reviews during probationary period • They deceive clients into believing there is a physical office in Boston and that a senior executive lives in Boston • They announce new features as live that haven't been built or tested (maybe this is common among certain fintechs) Recommend to request a copy of the employee handbook and ask how many Americans have been hired and fired within the last 24 months. No formal new hire training and Irish timezone creates large learning opportunity gaps The culture is not designed for remote work and the further you are from the Dublin office, the more negatively this will impact you Tenured senior leaders are very aggressive and create a highly political atmosphere
