      Pros

      Very clear internal processes for the finance department. Compensation is fair and always on time. Management actually listens to suggestions on how to improve reporting and audits.

      Cons

      Accounting is accounting — it can be repetitive. Quarter-end is always busy, so don't expect to leave early during those weeks.
