      Pros

      The Company has has the ability to foresee and understand the changes is our market which translates into focussed product development. This ability, coupled with a collaborative way of working has recently resulted in large, recent, new customer wins with more in the pipeline.

      Cons

      Office is in a good location, however it could do with an internal re-furbish, re-design to make it more in keeping with modern building layouts

      The staff is very competent in the filed of telecommunications. They have an invaluable knowledge that they like to share with the new employees.
