      The management is helpful a lot. They are supportive. I loved to work here. I joined as Jr. Engineer and learnt many coding standards.If any one wants to work with real software company and like to work with challenging jobs, join this company

      Pros

      Good for starting your career as a software engineer.

      Cons

      Too much dependency and workload on a single employee. No fixed working hours as the employee is expected to respond to clients requirement in 4 hours even if it is midnight. No work life balance at all. No additional perks and benefits.
