1)Don't take interns as a emloyer when his time completes 2)COO thinks his solution is best and don't listen to other solution 3)Political and gossips of behind you. 4) Even ocassions are not celebrated as celebrated in other companies.

It is a product based company so, you can have 9 to 6 job here. 20 - 25 staffs are working here.

They hire you for a very low salary, like 8000 to max 10000. sometimes they will hire you as saying that since you are fresher I would not give the money till 3 months or six months. since they are very low in the staff like 3-5 is PHP developer, 2-3 angular and the same number to react js and rest of the staff from management. All the developers are fresher here. And they expect developers to build a very very high level of product to these freshers and their managers don't have the knowledge to these technologies too so, there would be no guidance. if you are fresher you will get frustrated.
