      - Some Team Members - Free tea or Coffee and biscuits

      Cons

      Boring and tedious job, was promised and told loads of nice things when first started but ended up being another mundane retail job, barely ever any customers so had to just walk around or clean, the knowledge and customer service required isn't near enough reflected in the wage, high turnover of staff because company is honestly shambles and fake.

      great product, fast paced and dynamic, great friendly atmosphere, amazing opportunities to get exposure and take on real responsibilities

      Cons

      it's still a relatively small company and therefore sometimes you have to get your hands dirty doing some basic stuff too. it's great though- it's the real deal!

      The concept itself is ingenious Product is actually quite nice and high quality Staff members are fun and personable Location is great Plenty of freebies

      Cons

      Management or lack thereof No formal training; very "sink or swim" Compensation is based upon how much management likes you, not the work you do.
