Pros
There are good people working here that want to do great work and want to be a part of something exciting - a startup in the electric vehicle landscape. Pizza for lunch sometimes (said with sarcasm).
Cons
Unfortunately, the excitement of joining this company was quickly replaced with dread. I witnessed employees verbally abused by the CEO within my first week of employment. It was a stressful time so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought it would be better once that stressful deadline was over. I was wrong. The abuse grew progressively worse. I witnessed verbal abuse nearly every day. I was abused for completing an assignment the CEO himself assigned to me. He asked why I was doing it and said it was a waste of time. Umm... you told me to? Beyond the abuse, the workplace is very controlled. The job posting listed "flexible hours" as a benefit, however you are expected to work 8:30 - 5:10, with 40 minutes for lunch. No flexibility. Also, you have 2 weeks of PTO for an entire year - that's including sick days and vacations. This place stinks. Stay away.
