Pros
Great employee benefits eg: Bluelight card, employee rewardhub, gym discount, on site gym at certain times. Very short commute for me. Majority of staff are super nice and helpful.
Cons
Trying to get a raise is near impossible, no end of year bonus, staff with 10 years of experience can be super hard to deal with, managment has poor communication, sometimes seems like prisoners are more cared for than staff
