      Pros

      At the end of the day they pay your salary while you look for something better and some of the canteens are not too bad either (for some it depends on the day!)

      Cons

      Working in the office, most of the time the atmosphere isn't very nice, long working hours expected and there's lots of internal politics going on.

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
