Pros

Competitive pay, great benefits, several opportunities for advancement even in a leadership role already. Also, the continuing education classes and seminars and you can grow with the company on each account.

Cons

Long hours being in management but it was definitely worth it. Being the maintenance manager I was on call 24/7 but I always pulled it off even if I was on vacation.

Pros

Corporate representatives were caring and kind, and tried to work with you.

Cons

High stress, high workload, lots of company initiatives that were being pushed. Lack of staffing made it difficult.
