      Pros

      I like the people I work with... upper management is awful

      Cons

      penny pinchers, cut all hourly staff and slam managers with so much work its impossible to ever catch up. Then when they ask why something didn't get done you can't say you didn't have enough time to get it done or they will say, oh so you are telling me you don't know how to do your job?

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
