      Pros

      If the unit and managers saw potential in you, they would promote you.

      Cons

      Proper training does not occur. The compensation for internal hires is poor. The HR department for your unit was your General Manager which could also be the same person that recommended you receive a corrective action.

      Pros

      Corporate representatives were caring and kind, and tried to work with you.

      Cons

      High stress, high workload, lots of company initiatives that were being pushed. Lack of staffing made it difficult.
