      Employee bennfits are outstanding for management and not hourly employees.

      Cons

      Corporate Services allows managers to hire family members and friends at the same accounts. Sodexo looks for ways to skirt around Unions.

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
