Pros

The company really does try to be progressive and give its best to the clients.

Cons

Individual people can destroy the best of intentions because they do not believe in the mission and values of the company but are only interested in self promotion. Salaries need to be upgraded and bonus system more fair and equitable. Women need greater opportunities and more equity in pay.

It's unfortunate to hear about the situation you have described, but it is good to know that you are leading by example and continue to believe in Sodexo's mission. While this is not the typical situation, I would highly encourage you to reach out to your local HR director regarding the incidents with anyone, especially management, speaking negatively to the client or other employees. Additionally, we do have a focus and initiative on women in operations. However, if you're feeling you aren't seeing advancement opportunities, this is also something to speak with Human Resources about, as they can help guide you on developing your competencies and providing feedback so you can ultimately advance your career. -Great PTO Benefits - Opportunities for learning/ mentorship - Consistent Schedule

Cons

- Competitive or challenging to transfer or move up to another career in the company - very strict attendance policies - The company has been downsizing and laying off - Many changes in the last two years with staffing, system changes - Lack of transparency
