      Pros

      Benefits are decent, and better hours than the restaurant industry.

      Cons

      District managers are disconnected from management. Healthcare division is a complete mess. Terrible GM's are allowed to run accounts into the ground. Reputation around company is if you do a crap job, you'll get promoted... Hence the GM's.
