Pros

Excellent, highly skilled co-workers. Decent first RD job (minus the terrible pay). Free lunch if you work on site. Benefits are decent (but expensive).

Cons

Terrible pay. Merit increases that do not even keep up with inflation, let alone reflect growth or development in one's career, and inadequate pay overall even with many years of experience. No real opportunity for career growth inside the company as a dietitian. Feels like the company is not motivated to pay RDs fairly so that the turnover remains high and keeps more people at lower level pay. Exceedingly high turnover that negatively impacts not only morale but team/unit cohesiveness and patient care as well. Expensive benefits. Management that is unwilling or unable to address these issues.
