      Pros

      I had a great Disrtrict Manager. Th company did provide training both when requested and when new items came up.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities to transfer between Divisions, Bonuses based on others performance not mine. Bad Client that should have been dropped years ago.

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
