Global company with lots of room for lateral as well as upward movement. Wonderful benefits. If you work at HQ or a regional office, it's a really nice work environment. Training is abundant and encouraged. Development plans and employee evaluations are taken very seriously.
Cons
While they are very generous with vacation/sick/personal paid time off, they are probably a little low on salary. Because of the size of the company, there are more levels of middle management than I've experienced elsewhere.
