Great coworkers but no pay raises or benefits, ignores per diem dietitians - Dietitian Sodexo Employee Review

No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
