      Toxic work environment, management is all that matters in my experience. Unqualified manager, with no culinary background was able to call herself a Chef when in fact she is not. False advertising in my opinion

      Pros

      Corporate representatives were caring and kind, and tried to work with you.

      Cons

      High stress, high workload, lots of company initiatives that were being pushed. Lack of staffing made it difficult.
