Pros

Socket actually listens to you, might not do anything but will at least let you talk. Allows you to think outside the box and allows you to move throughout the company if you excel. Allows you to hang up the phone if customers cuss and disrespect you.

Cons

Management runs down the hallway screaming bloody murder. Company's chain-of-command is broken. Higher-ups will be very disrespectful to you if you dare go into their area, which is between you and the HR department. Nothing is sent over email. Communication is mostly non-existent. Pay is decent. Information is over a decade old. Doesn't provide Tech Support with devices or instructions on how to TS them. You have to Google and figure it out. In house software is slow and janky.

This is a growing company even during current (possibly stagnation) times. Company was recently bought out.

Cons

Leftover management from before buyout.
