Promotion are hard to achieve and praise are infrequent

nice fellow workers good entry level place to start some senior mangers and directors were good to work with fairly good communications products sold seemed ok

executive management micro managed way too many things executives always pushing unrealistic revenue targets. never made the overall target executives not listening to customers, nor listening to mid managers/ directors lots of chiefs for so few workers engineering innovation was lacking engineering team not motivated production team lack of control over process and vendors caused shortages
