Only doing this to warn future / current employees - Anonymous employee Socialfly Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am truly disappointed to hear you did not have a positive experience working at Socialfly. You know me well enough to know that I always welcome both positive and negative feedback from our team and I wish you had come to me directly if you were ever feeling overworked as the hours you were tracking did not reflect this. From the day you were first hired I shared with you if you ever need anything at all to come to me directly as we always strive to make Socialfly the best workplace for our team. While I respect your thoughts, I respectfully disagree with many of your statements including that you or anyone else is expected to work when you are sick.
