      Pros

      A fun environment with a diverse team and a challenging role, dealing with large clients across a range of sectors. You are supported to achieve success and develop your skills. A hybrid role gives flexibility and the office, located in Canary Wharf, is very nice. The company is continuing to grow and there are lots of opportunities to progress.

      Pros

      Freelance contracts only, so can in theory work where you want.

      Cons

      advertised as paid within 24 hours of invoicing, never happens. More like will pay within a week if you're lucky. Pay is always wrong. Managers don't have a clue on what happens on accounts. Can be asked to log out of a scheduled shift early if they decide they don't need you on after all.

      hours can drop at any notice, quick turn around of schedules, people can take a while to reply at times.
