Pros

- Wonderful, kind, funny, intelligent co-workers - Opportunity to work with some awesome brands - Constantly learning and testing out new strategies, platforms, and tools. - Fast growing company that sets some BIG goals - Working for a CEO that really cares about you, your growth, and your future. - Great benefits (medical/dental insurance, FREE BEER, gym memberships, TACO TUESDAY, etc.)

Cons

- On-boarding can be an overwhelming process, but you are encouraged to ask a ton of questions! - The agency is working on improving operations to avoid having "back-up-against-the-wall" moments, but there are still inefficiencies you have to adapt to. - You may have to open up your laptop outside of normal work hours.

Pros

- Amazing team that keeps growing with more and more talent. - CEO is always accessible, and truly cares about the well-being and success of each individual team member. When there is a concern, suggestion, or request, he takes time to consider it carefully- always with the intention of improving the lives of his employees. - More perks consistently get added. A decent health/vision/dental plan and Taco Tuesday used to be the main attraction. Employees now enjoy free barista-brewed beverages and a free full gym membership thanks to growing agency partnerships. There are plans to improve our health and dental as well. - Office space is fun and unique with free local beer on tap, free parking, minutes from downtown with gorgeous views. - Base salary has seen vast improvements. While it still remains relatively average industry-wise, the bonus structure offers a significant salary boost overall. - Hours are flexible, workload is manageable, and working remotely when needed is no problem so long as deadlines/goals are met. - Autonomy is not only valued and encouraged, it's expected.

Cons

- Being a startup, there are some structural deficiencies to infrastructure. Thankfully, it doesn't impede work too heavily and is constantly being improved.
