Pros
I'm a little late in reviewing but here it is. Karma has finally gotten to the founders. Their beloved cute little shop is doing so bad that writing this makes me feel so relieved. After firing so many innocent employees rendering them unemployed for no fault of theirs and forcing others to find job elsewhere by mentally torturing them the company is finally dwindling and is near its death. So many people before me quit long back, some left while I was there while I finally got my turn to escape too. So glad that I finally found my freedom. I luckily found a job and quit even in this tough job market but I find it very scary for others. So many teammates of mine are struggling to find a job so that they can just escape this hell.
Cons
CEO acts like a rude landlord. His co-founder is insecure but knows how to sweet talk. Who is more pathetic between the two is hard to figure. The product is long dead especially with AI tools. The HR is a puppet in the hands of the lunatic founders. Their office is nothing less than a jail where they treat their employees like they are working in sweatshops where people would do anything to escape the daily torture.
