█To People who want to advertise with this company. This company is an example of how modern day slavery work. A truly horrible work environment. Anger & abuses(read below) from the management is just sad to see. Especially if they are female employees. Eg: Employees are not allowed to lean back while sitting because it will make their cheap chair go out of shape. They will be shouted at if seen. Please find some other company to advertise with and don't allow yourself to be a part of this. They treat employees like dirt. Fire anyone-anytime Attitude. No reason necessary! so people work here with constant fear. █ To People who want to join this company as an employee. If you are female, be prepared to cry. Questions like: "do you eat food or ? are you having mental problems ?" will be a norm. They will accuse you of stealing if anything goes missing near you and the amount will be deducted from Salary. I've seen around 20 people to whom they have shown the door. One day you'll get a call from HR, "Hello, I'm sorry, but management asked me to fire you. So please don't come to office today!" If you have any amount of self-respect please avoid this company like plague.

Good Paymasters: - The only positive to this godforsaken company is the money you can make by working there! Got to know that during lockdown, even that didn't happen! Employees were forced to take MASSIVE paycuts! And A LOT of them were fired! So, I guess, the only Pro, is now a Con!!

Job Security - ZERO! A company with a total employee size of 35, hires close to 120 people in a year! It's a vigorous cycle of hiring and firing, eventually maintaining that count of 35! Lack of Work-Life Balance! Work-Life Balance is a joke! Overtime, WhatsApp chats over weekends and holidays, hijacking your personal holidays, and basically forcing you to work from wherever you are! Need I say more! Employee Benefits - ZERO! No Insurance, No Cabs, No Nightshift Allowance, No Overtime! It sucks guys! Bottomline: IF YOU'RE KEEN ON DOING A CAREER SUICIDE, PLEASE TAKE UP A JOB HERE!
