Great Place to Work - Software Engineer SocialCentiv Employee Review

The office culture is a hybrid between tech start-up and ad agency. There are several young, energetic team members contributing to the overall success of SocialCentiv. There are many opportunities to progress your career path within the organization.

It would be nice to be in a bigger office with lots of perks (gym, cafeteria, etc), but the office is clean and the equipment is state-of-the-art.

This company was a startup until recently, and it's only growing and getting better from here. It was built on a great idea that has a ton of potential and I'm glad to be a part of it. Working for this company has taught me a lot. It has a great family environment, most developers work remotely, and I work with many intelligent and friendly people. I'll be sad to finally leave when that time comes.

The benefits could be a little better, but can't expect too much from a small company. The pros definitely outweigh the cons with this one.
