SocialB is a group of amazing people, who all work hard and do their best, but beyond that they become friends of yours. A truly great company, built on honest values, that make you want to do your best for the company and each-other. The CEO is inspiring, and really gives you someone to look up to. The targets are difficult of course, but they make you want to achieve them. I loved working here, and did not leave but was pulled to another opportunity. The attitude towards self development and learning is unique, as is the urge to support each other! Beyond this, a great sense of when you are at work, you work and when you leave work, you actually leave work! Also love the advancement in tech they have such as using project management tools that really improve your work and mental health regarding achieving goals.

Slightly high targets, but as said before, these just make you want to work harder! Due to size of company, seeing a long term career can be difficult due to a lack of president in role growth.

The vibe of the office is brilliant, from the close-knit team to the unique perks in the office, such as a Google football table, healthy lunches and snacks. The wellbeing policy is extensive, with a real focus on mental health and physical health. This makes the workplace a friendly and safe space to settle in. On the client side of things, the objectives are purely driven towards helping our clients reach their objectives and generating a positive return on investment. Everything the team does, circles back to our company purpose and values.
