As someone who has had dealings with the Social Security Administration, I must say that my experience has been nothing short of horrendous. Not only is the bureaucracy slow and inefficient, but the overall work environment seems to be incredibly toxic and unpleasant. The low pay wages that SSA employees are forced to work under clearly contribute to this toxic culture. It's no wonder that so many SSA employees seem to be demoralized and unenthusiastic about their work. It's hard to imagine that anyone could be motivated to do their best work when they're being compensated so poorly. #Ghetto
