      1 Day of Telework. Easy Commute. Stability. On site Gym.

      Cons

      Promotions are nearly impossible. GS-14 and 15 positions all frozen. Hard work by in large is not rewarded. Time in grade for low tier positions < GS-13. Poor Benefits compared to other federal agencies. Telework being eliminated. Management takes a punitive attitude toward employees. Toxic work environment. Old equipment from computers to copy machines. Bad Management. You are not going to find any Nobel laureates working here.

      Being trained on all the different case types processed by the position. The organization offers flex time.

      Cons

      It is a difficult job to learn all aspects of case processing promptly.
