Pros

The people I worked with were the best reason. Helping the customers was also very rewarding. In times like these were you have to work harder with less people, the management always provided us with the best tools and encouraged us to do our best. This was one of the best places I've ever worked. I would love to go back.

Cons

I was laid off due to budget issues. I was only suppose to be a summer temp. My Supervisor was able to extend me for two years until she wsa no longer allowed to extend me and I was laid off. She had hoped to hire me in. Unfortunatley the economy went south and they had to lay me off. Not before I had to train a disabled vetran who unfotunatley could not keep up. I have no hard feelings, I do wish I could of stayed.

flexibility, teleworking, pay, and holidays off cool work environment.

Cons

Everything's on a quota, heavy workload, dealing with irritated claimants—it's not really a legal job.

Being trained on all the different case types processed by the position. The organization offers flex time.

Cons

It is a difficult job to learn all aspects of case processing promptly.
