Pros

You can make your own hours. Good if you live near stater bros.

Cons

Have to drive far to set up events. Not good with these gas prices. Will constantly text you to ask you to work, even though it's suppose to be "flexible". Outdated website and very poor management.

Pros

Set your own schedule, it'll just almost never be someone desirable.

Cons

They make you jump through too many hoops to work there, especially for the pay or lack thereof in this field. From having to provide a your own work equipment, to needing to have a working printer to print your own paperwork that could be easily done online, only to in fact ALSO have to fill it out online too and submit both of the same paperwork for some meticulous micromanaged reason. They also require you have a social media presence and following to work there and make you use your personal accounts to promote. They don't pay for gas mileage like all other Brand Ambassador work does, either. So there's zero incentive to drive far to work a 3 hour shift. And you feel pressured to get sales because whoever the bottom employee of sales will be let go after so many warnings. You could literally sell out all your product you're promoting on the shelf and can still very much be given a write up because you still were the bottom of sales by default through no fault of your own. All of this for 19 an hour or 20 if it's a weekend shift.
