Pros
Good team of people, dedicated to making progress on social justice issues.
Cons
Full time is considered 50 hrs/week, so even part time is a lot of work. They aren't clear about what is needed and it results in a ton of work with a short turnaround, which impacts the quality of the support/trainings/projects too.

Just seeing this now. Thanks so much for taking the time for this feedback.
Yes, it is a great team, very dedicated. We do think it's important that new team members get support, and we are committed to being more consistently skillful in providing it. I'm so sorry you didn't get the support you needed.

Pros
There are none Hannah Roditi is awful.
Cons
Hannah Roditi says she for the people but can’t even hold a conversation without leaving or trying to FORCE her opinion on you she’s controlling manipulating and a narcissist as well as she’s a communist. She needs major thearpy help and when she tried to get some she said I don’t believe in therapy she needs help.

Sorry you feel that way! I don't recall any of this, strangely, so wonder if this is actually a trolling comment from a Trumper? We certainly are proud of what SMT does working alongside activists who are fighting for a better, more just future. This work is a privilege and an honor. Neither communism, nor therapy has ever come up!
I'm delighted that we currently have a dedicated team across several continents that all have 3+ years with the organization.
All best wishes in your journey. May you find a good movement home.
