Pros

- coworkers - supportive managers - learning opportunities - chance to work with (some) cool clients

Cons

- no transparency into who is assigned to which clients - recent merger with Power Digital Marketing created massive frustration for both employees and clients - post-merger raises don't necessarily align with industry standards - some really bad clients (both attitude and their products) - constantly changing promises and plans - poor work-life balance - VERY LITTLE diversity

Pros

Overall a great place to work – interesting clients, amazing co-workers, work hard play hard mentality, upper management support and transparency, solid benefits. Also, the company has been really fortunate to have grown a lot in the last couple of months (both with bringing in new business and hiring employees) so a major pro is job stability!

Cons

Personally, I don't see too many cons if any. The company has just outgrown the start-up number of employees, but that mentality is still very much around. If that isn't what you're looking for then that might be a con, but I love it.

Pros

I never thought I would say it but I finally feel like I found a home within a company! My manager is one of the best leaders I have had to date and she goes above and beyond to make sure you feel supported and never makes you feel dumb for asking a question. When people say each and every employee is valued and treated with incredible respect its because its true. Everyone is empowered to openly collaborate with coworkers, to think outside the box and seek additional training and courses if interested. Social Method also greatly values a work/life balance and allows you to work from home if needed. Overall, its the best work environment I've ever encountered!

Cons

There are no cons that I can think of at this moment. As the company continues to grow and expand the culture may change but as of now I wouldn't change anything. I genuinely enjoy coming into the office.
