My experience at Social Method has been nothing short of wonderful. My colleagues welcomed me with open arms and have been incredibly supportive. The leadership and management styles are truly some of the best I've experienced. I love the work I do and am proud to be apart of this team. I never thought I would say it but I finally feel like I found a home within a company! My manager is one of the best leaders I have had to date and she goes above and beyond to make sure you feel supported and never makes you feel dumb for asking a question. When people say each and every employee is valued and treated with incredible respect its because its true. Everyone is empowered to openly collaborate with coworkers, to think outside the box and seek additional training and courses if interested. Social Method also greatly values a work/life balance and allows you to work from home if needed. Overall, its the best work environment I've ever encountered!

There are no cons that I can think of at this moment. As the company continues to grow and expand the culture may change but as of now I wouldn't change anything. I genuinely enjoy coming into the office.
