Pros

- Lots of learning and growth opportunities - Senior management with vision and purpose, who care about the company's future and it's employees. - Innovative Technologies (they use the right tools for the job as opposed to a one-size-fits-all agency) - Motivating and fun company culture - The company strives to provide the best solution to a client's problems, as opposed to other companies just providing the easiest solution. They really do care about doing what is best for the client.

Cons

These are not cons, but you should be aware of this when considering applying for a job with the company: - Fast-paced projects and culture. New projects come up quickly, so you need to be adaptive and agile. - Self-starters will flourish. The employees who do the best are ones that can take a vision and run with it, to successfully produce outcomes in a quick time period.

Hard to think of any as a contractor, I had hoped to move into a full-time position but the opportunity never seemed to be available.

Pros

The mission and client work have potential, and there are good people throughout the company who genuinely care.

Cons

Leadership lacked clear direction, priorities changed constantly, and communication was inconsistent. Workloads were often unrealistic for below market pay, and there was little support or recognition for employees. Opportunities for growth felt limited, and compensation did not reflect the expectations placed on staff. Overall, it was a frustrating environment that made it difficult to succeed.
